This room is phenomenal. Largest and most luxurious bathroom, most space, ADA access, 200° mountain and sunset views, on the main level.

This is a private, ocean facing room with private outdoor seating area and a magical fig tree outside. Private bathroom, walk in closet. You’ll see the ocean on a clear day, even from 20 miles away from this room. Right by the Wellness Studio, Movie Theater and Game Room.

Right off the first floor, this room is easily accessible without stairs. Large king bed, couch with queen bed pull-out, beautiful views of the front garden, very private little outdoor patio (a favorite for hummingbirds), private bathroom with bath + shower.

This bedroom is down a flight of stairs, and right off the pool through the sliding glass door. You’ll see mountain views, incredible sunsets, private bathroom and an additional twin bed (family favorite).

Up on the third floor (one flight of stairs) you’ll find this unique room with giant dome ceiling! The morning sunrise view is the best in the house, and the private bath/shower makes this another family favorite.

Nestled in the corner of the first floor, you have one flight to go down for this special room. Right off the pool, you’ll get special views and a great show of the kids down the slide. Private bathroom, very comfortable king size bed, one of the favorites.

Up atop the third floor this kids room has panoramic mountain views. Room to sleep tons of cousins, this is a parent favorite because it is the only room with no exits. No balcony, terrace, pool access. Also has private bathroom with bathtub.
